Personal project to practice a stylized workflow and a little bit of hand-painted texturing.
Started with a block out in Blender, then some sculpting in ZBrush. Baking was done directly in Substance Painter with four 4k texture sets. Probably a bit excessive for this type of asset, but since I didn't need to worry about optimization, I wanted the freedom to paint and texture naturally. The shingles and windows do share texture space though for a little bit of optimization and resolution.
